Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $19.50 flat rate shipping within Canada. **

Free shipping on orders over $300.00 **

**Shipments over 75 LBS and furniture are subject to extra charges, our customer service team will reach out to you with details.  

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Edmonton location.
Simply select “local pickup” at checkout, and we’ll prepare your order for you. Orders are typically ready for pick up within 1 business day (except Saturday's). We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready.

Same- day local delivery 

Need your order today? Same day delivery is available on orders of $400.00 or more when placed before 11am.

Same- day delivery is available throughout Edmonton and Sherwood Park, with some location restrictions. If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Some exceptions apply, including but not limited to rural areas or hard to access locations, addresses outside our regular delivery area, orders placed after 11 AM, statutory holidays or store closures, severe weather conditions, very large or heavy orders may require a different delivery arrangement's or max capacity for the day.
