HOW TO USE:
Wet your applicator brush with water, ( do not apply directly into soap )
Dip your brush into the brow soap, lightly coating the bristles.
Brush through the brows in an upward motion to create a "feathered/ laminated look"
The soap can be worn alone or over your favorite brow pencil, gel or powder.
